Chianti Classico Masterclass

Embark on a tasting journey to the heart of Tuscany and the iconic Chianti Classico region. Discover the timeless elegance of its wines and explore the unique characteristics that have made Chianti Classico one of the world's most celebrated wine styles.

Let yourself be guided through a tasting where we compare different vintages, producers, and styles – from traditional expressions to those with a more modern expression. We will explore the region's unique terroir, the iconic Sangiovese grape and the regulations that define Chianti Classico DOCG. You will also gain insights into food and wine pairing, as well as how these wines evolve with age.

The tasting includes five selected wines and will be hosted by John Sterner, Head Sommelier at The Winery Hotel.
