Exclusive champagne tasting with Charles Hiedsieck

Welcome to a champagne tasting dedicated to Charles Heidsieck, one of Champagne’s renowned houses. During the evening, we will taste five champagnes and explore the different expressions of the house – from Rosé Réserve and Blanc de Blancs to vintage champagne and Blanc des Millénaires.

For two evenings, we bring the flavours of Mallorca to The Winery Hotel. Together with Mallorcan chef Joan Josep Genestar, we invite you to two different dining experiences – from a relaxed evening at Gallo Nero to a personal food and wine experience at Veranda Sangiovese.

Bordeaux 1er Cru Classé – A journey through the 1990s

The highlight of the evening is Bordeaux’s Left Bank, with wines from Château Haut-Brion, Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Latour – three of the five producers that today hold Premier Cru Classé status, the highest level of the 1855 Bordeaux Classification.

A deep dive into Tuscany

Join us on a wine journey as we dive into the rich Tuscan wine world and taste wines from some of the finest areas in Tuscany, such as Chianti Classico, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, and Brunello di Montalcino.
