Here we have gathered answers to the most common questions you as a visitor may have before your visit.
Do you offer car parking? What does it cost?
There are 128 parking spots around the hotel, both outdoors and in our guest garage. Between 11.30-14.00 parking is free of charge. The easiest way to pay for parking is with the Easypark app but you can also pay and get a parking permit at the front desk.
Are bathrobes and slippers included in the room?
Bathrobes and slippers are included in the Deluxe & Superior room types. If you live in a room of the type Standard, you can rent it at the front desk.
When is the pool open?
The pool is heated and open between 9:00-21:00 all year-round.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served between 06:30-10:00 on weekdays, and between 07:30-11:00 on weekends. During longer holidays the breakfast has weekend opening hours. The breakfast is served in the restaurant Winery Kitchen, located on floor 1.
What time is check-in / check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
Can I bring my dog to the hotel?
Yes, dogs are welcome to the hotel and we have special rooms for you who want to visit us with your pet.
Is there a gym?
Yes, our gym is on floor -1 and is equipped with exercise machines and free weights. If you want to go for a run outdoors there are nice tracks around the lake of Brunnsviken and the parkHagaparken. Ask us for further information.
How do you get to the hotel?
Getting to The Winery Hotel is easy and there are numerous ways depending on your choice of transportation.
Are there charging posts for electric cars?
Yes, we have four parking spaces with charging posts for electric cars.
