At The Winery Hotel, there are two restaurants, one wine bar, and a summer rooftop bar. Terreno Kitchen is the main restaurant with a more traditional lunch menu and a specific focus on wine and food pairings in the evenings, for dinner. Gallo Nero is our Italian trattoria with a menu inspired by the Tuscan cuisine.

In the hotel lobby, infront of the winery, the wine bar Winemakers bar is located, and in the summer you can enjoy a glass of wine on the beautiful rooftop. Winery Rooftop Bar serve both wine and Italian streetfood with a view over the lake and the rooftops.

A restaurant where the wine leads and the food is crafted accordingly. Here, wines are perfectly paired with the flavours of the season.

Gallo Nero

At Gallo Nero, we meet over a glass of wine. A glass that turns into dinner and spontaneous dancing at the bar. Our own wine is served alongside Italian dishes shared at the table. A limited number of tables are available to book, otherwise, just drop by.

JOAN JOSEP COMES TO THE WINERY HOTEL

For two evenings, we bring the flavours of Mallorca to The Winery Hotel. Together with Mallorcan chef Joan Josep Genestar, we invite you to two different dining experiences – from a relaxed evening at Gallo Nero to a personal food and wine experience at Veranda Sangiovese.

Winemakers Bar

In the hotel lobby, you will find Winemakers Bar – a wine bar created for wine lovers. Here, wine is fun, engaging and, above all, a pleasure. Our sommeliers are happy to guide you towards new flavours and experiences, and with our wine dispensers you can explore wine at your own pace.

Winery Rooftop Bar

The Winery Rooftop Bar is located at the top of The Winery Hotel. Here, you can enjoy fine wine with breathtaking views over Brunnsviken. The bar is open during the summer months.

Next to our restaurant Terreno Kitchen, we offer two private dining rooms where you and your party can enjoy food and wine in perfect harmony.

Enjoy everything from scrambled eggs and bacon to porridge, freshly baked bread, cheeses, cold cuts and fresh fruit.

Gather the team for a winter lunch at Terreno Kitchen and enjoy three courses inspired by the flavours of the season and our vineyard, Terreno in Tuscany.

Wine Tastings

A wine tasting at The Winery Hotel is exciting, fun and educational. Wine can be difficult to understand, but we go through the basics and leave plenty of room for questions. All our wine tastings are led by an inspiring and knowledgeable sommelier and are suitable for everyone, from beginners to more experienced wine enthusiasts.

We offer guided tours several times a week. Follow the journey of freshly harvested grapes from vine to finished wine and sample the wine produced on site – Winery Red.

Our wine cellar

In addition to our own urban winery and sommelier-led wine tastings held several times a week, we also have an extensive wine cellar. Our wine list features over 1,400 references and is curated by our Head Sommelier, John Sterner. Most of our wines are stored in our glass-enclosed wine rooms on the first floor, just outside Terreno Kitchen.
