Gather the team for a winter lunch at Terreno Kitchen and enjoy three courses inspired by the flavours of the season and our vineyard, Terreno in Tuscany. A lunch where gastronomy and wine take centre stage – a chance to enjoy good food and wine and take a break from the working day.

Cold-smoked Bergman salmon with Västerbottensost® cheese and horseradish cheesecake, Swedish rye bread, trout roe and dill cream

MAIN COURSE

Truffle-stuffed quail with sherry-braised pointed cabbage, caraway-spiced carrot purée, pork belly and buttered chicken jus

DESSERT

White chocolate mousse with lingonberries on a dark chocolate base
