INDUSTRIAL ELEGANCE

Our winery is the heart of the hotel, setting the tone for both the architecture and the interior design. In the hotel foyer, guests are met by our winery’s huge oak barrels and steel vats gleaming behind glass walls.

Polished concrete floors and brick walls, inspired by the last century’s industrial era, are offset by contemporary lighting and furnishing, resulting in a design that looks toward the future. Brick facades in tones of reddish-brown provide solidity and weight.

The hotel’s interiors are designed to enhance and emphasise the building’s character. The lobby’s huge, airy windows and generous ceiling height of over six metres are combined with carefully selected materials, underlining the industrial elegance of the architecture.

Smart functionality and tactile materials, with unique details that provide character and personality, complement the raw, robust feel. The old and the new coexist in an atmosphere inspired by Brooklyn and Toscana – Brooklyn with its many large, impressive buildings in solid materials and Toscana with its old, beautiful vineyards.
