Architecture and Design

Our winery is the heart of the hotel, setting the tone for both its architecture and interior design. In the lobby, guests are welcomed by the winery’s impressive oak barrels and striking steel tanks.

Polished concrete floors and brick walls, inspired by the industrial era of the last century, are combined with modern lighting and furnishings, creating a design that looks towards the future. Brick façades in varying shades of reddish-brown add a sense of solidity and weight.

The hotel’s interior has been designed to enhance and highlight the character of the building. The lobby’s large, airy windows and generous ceiling height – exceeding six metres – are paired with carefully selected materials, reinforcing the industrial elegance of the architecture.

Thoughtful features and materials add a distinctive character, complementing the raw, robust aesthetic. Old and new coexist in an atmosphere inspired by Brooklyn and Tuscany – Brooklyn, with its large, imposing buildings in solid materials, and Tuscany with its historic vineyards.
