Creating wine is an art. In the hotel’s winery, you are invited to follow the freshly picked grapes journey from barrel to bottle. Wine and food
In our restaurants, we serve wines from our Terreno vineyard in Tuscany, complementing summer flavors with a scent of Italy. Our Italian gastro wine bar, Gallo Nero, is open all summer!
A world-class rooftop
The Winery Rooftop Terrace has been hailed as one of the best and most stunning in the world by international press such as Forbes Magazine and Vogue. Wine tasting

Guided tour of the winery
Step into the winery in the heart of the hotel and follow the freshly picked grapes’ journey from barrel to bottle. Enjoy a guided tour and a sample of Winery Red – our own wine crafted from grapes grown at our vineyard Terreno in Tuscany. Read more and book here.
Try new wines in our Wine Dispensers
We offer 32 different wines by the glass in our wine dispensers located in the Winemakers Bar. Purchase a pre-charged card from the front desk, wine bar or online and get access to all the wines.
DJ sets
Every Friday, you can groove to smooth soul beats on our rooftop. Specially selected DJs enhance the feeling of being on holiday in a big city with tunes that transport you to New York.
Outdoor activities

Rooftop Summer Deal
With this package you will enjoy refreshing dips in the rooftop pool and a glass of our own rose wine Terreno Rosato di Toscana whilst enjoying the scenic view of Brunnsviken.
Included in the package:
- Accommodation in a double room for 1 or 2 people
- Access to the pool and rooftop terrace
- 1 drink voucher per adult redeemable for a glass of our Terreno Rosato di Toscana rosé wine in the rooftop bar
- Early check-in at 13:00 on the day of arrival
- Late check-out at 13:00 on the day of departure

Gallo Nero Experience
Gallo Nero Experience is the package to gather family and friends around the dining table and enjoy authentic Italian flavours and homemade wines. Perfect for cooler weather or a rainy summer day.

* We take you on a journey through our Gallo Nero menu and tailor it to your preferences. You are welcome to order more when the already ordered dishes are finished. All members of the party must be booked on the same package. Maximum 8 persons per booking.
