– MEET OUR WINEMAKER AND CELEBRATE THE HARVEST YEAR WITH A HARVEST PARTY
The harvest has started at out vineyard Terreno in Tuscany. Perfectly ripe grapes are handpicked, sorted a second time before the winemakers begin the vinification process in the winery. This is a craftmanship aimed at producing terroir-driven wines that reflect the wide spectrum of the Sangiovese nuances in the glass.
After the grapes have been harvested and the hard work in the fields is done, all vineyard workers are invited to a dinner to celebrate this year's harvest. Come and celebrate our freshly harvested grapes and the fermentation of wine, just like at our Terreno vineyard! We set up long tables at Winery Piazza and celebrate the harvest with a harvest party.
On Friday, October 13th, we welcome you to celebrate the harvest year with us at The Winery Hotel! Meet our winemaker and learn more about a year at the vineyard, follow the process from grape to finished wine in the winery, and celebrate this year's harvest with a party.
HARVEST PARTY AT WINERY PIAZZA
Enjoy Italian flavors on the plate, Italian rhythms that make your feet dance, and, of course, the latest vintages of our artisanal wines.
We set up long tables in the lobby and our harvest dinner starts at 5 PM. You are welcome to join the harvest dinner whenever you like until 10:00 PM. Afterward, we clear the tables, our live orchestra will turn up the music, and invite you to (even more) festivities late into the night.

WINE TASTING - A YEAR AT TERRENO
WITH WINEMAKER SOFIA RUHNE AND TERRENO'S OENOLOGIST GIACOMO FIORAVANTI
Join us behind the scenes at our vineyard Terreno. What does a year at the vineyard in Tuscany look like? How is the harvest done? What tools are used, and what must one be attentive to? What are the biggest challenges when making artisanal wines without additives, and how do you win the award for the best harvest worker?
During this unique and entertaining tasting, Sofia and Giacomo will tell you about what the work at Terreno looks like throughout the year, culminating in the harvest. They take us on a journey that stretches from the field to the bottle.

Visit us during the harvest and enjoy a gastronomic weekend that introduces you to the enchanting world of the Winery Hotel.
Wine, Dine & Sleep Harvest Edition Harvest Edition includes overnight stay, a wine dispenser card and a four-course dinner including wine in our restaurant Terreno Kitchen. The exclusive wine tasting "One year at Terreno" with winemaker Sofia Ruhne and oenologist Giacomo Fioravanti is also included.
It is also possible t only book an overnight stay. The wine tasting and harvest party can be added separately.
