In our wine dispensers in the Winemakers Bar, you can discover new and exciting wines that can sometimes be difficult to find. The wines are constantly changing and there are wines from all over the world and of different tastes - perfect if you want to try new wines or have a little tasting on your own. 1. 2022 Raats Dolomite Cabernet Franc
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, a grape known for elegant, spicy wines with fresh acidity and notes of red berries and herbs. Raats Family Wines in Stellenbosch is one of South Africa’s leading champions of Cabernet Franc and has played a key role in elevating the grape’s reputation. The Dolomite bottling comes from mineral-rich soils, lending freshness, structure and a subtle mineral edge.
2. 2022 Rust en Vrede Estate Syrah
Made from 100% Syrah, this wine comes from Rust en Vrede, one of Stellenbosch’s most historic estates. It shows dark berries, black pepper and subtle smoky notes in a powerful yet well-balanced style. Rust en Vrede has been producing wine on the same site since the late 17th century.
3. 2019 Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic Napa Valley wine made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, offering dark fruit, cedar, vanilla and polished tannins. Robert Mondavi was a pioneer of modern American winemaking and played a major role in establishing Napa Valley as a world-class wine region. Elegant, structured and distinctly regional.
4. 2023Grenache Penfolds Bin 21
Made from 100% Grenache, a grape known for ripe fruit, spice and soft texture. Penfolds is one of Australia’s most iconic producers, and Bin 21 presents Grenache in a modern, fruit-driven and elegant style. Approachable yet serious, with a clear Australian character.
5. 2019 Biondi Santi Rosso di Montalcino
Biondi-Santi Rosso di Montalcino is the 'little sibling' of the iconic Brunello from the same family.
Made from the same Sangiovese Grosso clone, but sourced from younger vines and aged for a shorter time (about 12 months) in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Red berries, bright acidity, silky tannins, and very approachable even in its youth.
Elegant, fresh, complex and unmistakably Biondi-Santi – yet without the stern structure of the Brunello.
6. 2022 Michele Chiarlo Barbaresco Reyna
Made from 100% Nebbiolo from Barbaresco in Piedmont, a region celebrated for elegance and finesse. Michele Chiarlo is a highly regarded producer blending tradition with modern precision. The wine shows roses, red berries and silky tannins in a classic, well-balanced style.
7. 2019 Zenato Amarone Classico
A classic Amarone from Valpolicella, made from traditional grapes such as Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta. The dried grapes create a powerful wine with concentrated fruit, dried cherries, chocolate and warming alcohol. Zenato is one of the region’s most reliable quality producers.
8. 2023 Borgogno Barbera d’Alba Superiore
Made from 100% Barbera, a grape known for its high acidity and vibrant fruit. Borgogno is one of Piedmont’s oldest wineries, renowned for its traditional approach. This Barbera d’Alba Superiore offers dark cherries, spice and lively freshness.
9. 2023 Jérôme Arnoux Côtes du Jura Tradition
A red wine from Jura made from a traditional blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard, three grapes that together create a light, fresh and subtly spicy style. Jérôme Arnoux works on a small, artisanal scale with a strong focus on tradition and terroir. The wine offers red berries, gentle spice and an elegant, juicy character typical of the region.
10. 2022 Domaine Arlaud Gevrey-Chambertin

11. 2022 Alain Graillot Crozes-Hermitage
Made from 100% Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage in the northern Rhône. 12. 2018 Margaux du Château Margaux
The third wine of the legendary Château Margaux, primarily based on Cabernet Sauvignon with smaller amounts of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. It reflects the estate’s classic elegance and precision in a more approachable, earlier-drinking style.
13. 2024 Son Antem Camins de Mallorca
A modern wine from Mallorca made from a blend of Syrah, Monastrell and Manto Negro, combining international structure with local identity. 14. 2022 Alberto Orte Escalada do Sil
Made from Merenzao, Mencía and Garnacha sourced from steep vineyards in Ribeira Sacra in northwestern Spain. Alberto Orte is known for working with old vines in dramatic sites. The wine balances freshness and elegance with dark berries, herbal notes and pronounced minerality.
15. 2013 R. López de Heredia Viña Bosconia Reserva

20. 2024 Bodega de Fefiñanes Albariño de Fefiñanes

31-32. 2022 Winery Red
This wine is produced here in the winery at The Winery Hotel with grapes cold-transported directly from the Terreno vineyards in Greve in Chianti and is made from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% each of Petit Verdot and Sangiovese. The style is clearly influenced by the warm year with rich, dark fruit and clear tannins. The wine has been aged for up to 24 months in oak barrels.
