The Winery Hotel is certified CovidClean. That is a certification of quality that ensures that the hotel meets the CovidCleanTM standards. That is safety measures regarding cleaning, hygiene, social distancing, resources on site, education and awareness of the pandemic.
What measures against the spread of viruses exist today?
During the pandemic, we made multiply efforts in all departments to follow the rules and recommendations and to protect our guests. We have chosen to keep some of these now even after the ease of the restrictions.
- Hand sanitizer is available in all departments and in bathrooms.
- All staff are encouraged to wash their hands and use hand disinfectant.
- Staff are advised to stay home in case of symptoms of illness.
- Elevator buttons, payment terminals, door handles and other exposed surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
- Rooms and public areas are cleaned with care and accuracy.
What about the restaurants?
In addition to the above adjustments, the following have been made.
- Table booking allows us to avoid queuing.
- Kitchen staff follow, as usual, routines for special hygiene when working in the kitchen.
And the wine tastings?
We have maintained the following measures to increase security.
- The tables are set with distance.
How to you serve your breakfast?
In addition to the above-mentioned adaptations, the following have been made.
- Increased number of dining places if needed.
- Different breakfast times provide a smoother guest flow.
What are the risks of swimming in the pool?
According to the Swedish Public Health Agency, there is no evidence that Coronavirus is transmitted via pool water as the Covid-19 virus dies in contact with chlorinated water.
We have well-functioning routines for cleaning. The water is filtered, we check the water quality and ensure its high quality by regularly sending water samples to a laboratory.
What do you offer conference guests now that you did not do pre-corona?

Can I rebook or cancel my stay?
We keep our extra favorable cancellation policy for the rest of the year. This usually means that you can cancel your stay until 16.00 on the day of arrival. We follow the cancellation rules agreed at the time of booking.
