Winter at The Winery Hotel is a tribute to the winter season in Tuscany. At our vineyard Terreno in Chianti Classico, this time of year is still yet full of life. Winemakers gather, taste each other’s wines, cook, laugh, and talk late into the night. It’s simple and honest – and that very feeling is what we invite you to experience this winter at The Winery Hotel. This year, we’re serving a four-course winter menu, carefully crafted and paired with our wines from Terreno.
Winter Lunch at Terreno Kitchen
Our winter menu is also available at lunch, perfect for business meetings or larger gatherings. Enjoy three courses designed with wine in mind, made from seasonal ingredients and paired with wines from our vineyard, Terreno. No matter who you share the table with, you are in for a heartfelt moment inspired by the vineyard. Please note that our winter lunch must be booked in advance - you are welcome to do so here.
Winter Activities
Want to get even closer to the world of wine? Begin with a guided tour of our urban winery and learn more about the journey from freshly harvested grape to finished wine. The tour includes a visit to our barrel room, an integral part of the winery, where our wines are resting. Why not continue with a semi-blind wine tasting – a fun and educational experience shared with fellow wine lovers and colleagues.

OLIVE OIL
Terreno Extra Vergine Olio di Oliva is made from our own organically grown olive trees, hand-harvested field by field at our estate, Terreno, in Tuscany. With notes of chocolate, freshly cut grass and a peppery finish, our olive oil adds that perfect extra touch to any dish. Let this green gold from Tuscany bring a little extra joy to your colleague’s day.

WINE DISPENSER CARD
In the wine dispensers at the Winemakers Bar, you have the chance to explore and sample both new and exclusive artisanal wines that can be hard to come by. With around 30 different wines on rotating regularly, you can choose between a tasting pour, a half glass or a full glass.
To access the wines, you will need a Wine Dispenser Card, which can be loaded with any amount of choice. When the balance runs out, simply top it up – and if you have credit left, just bring the card along on your next visit.
