Urban winemaking
Using grapes, harvested in Tuscany, The Winery Hotel is making about 10,000 bottles of wine every year. Two wines are created – a red and a rosé – and all guests are invited to learn about the art of winemaking.

Champagne Tasting
Champagne tasting where we explore what makes this sparkling wine one of the world’s most celebrated beverages. During the session, you’ll sample a selection of carefully chosen Champagnes while learning more about their origins, production methods and distinctive styles.

PREMIERE 16 MAY Every Friday at 5pm, we invite our guests up to the rooftop for a summer-themed wine tasting.
Guided tour of the winery
Follow the freshly-picked grapes’ journey from barrel to bottle. During the guided tour you also get a small sample of our own wine, Winery Red.
Wine tasting
Every week from Monday to Saturday we arrange open wine tastings for everyone to join. We meet at Winemakers Bar in the lobby. The tastings consist of four wines, specially selected for the evening (approximately 45 minutes).
