Wine and food

In our restaurants, we serve wines from our Terreno vineyard in Tuscany, complementing summer flavors with a scent of Italy. Our Italian gastro wine bar, Gallo Nero, is open all summer!

A world-class rooftop

The Winery Rooftop has been hailed as one of the best and most stunning in the world by international press such as Forbes Magazine and Vogue. Here, you can enjoy fine wine from our vineyard, lighter Italian-inspired finger food, soothing music and a dip in the pool. Just in time for the warmer months, the rooftop has been refreshed with the same attention to detail and focus on winemaking craftsmanship that runs throughout the hotel.⁠

Part of our newly upgraded rooftop are our cabanas, available to book for private gatherings. Take a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool, soak up the sun and retreat to the cool comfort of your own cabana — reserved just for you and your group. Enhance your experience a bottle of craft wine or book a private wine tasting led by one of our skilled sommeliers.

"Sun tasting" every Friday

Every Friday at 5pm, we welcome our guests to the rooftop for a summer-themed wine tasting. Held only when the weather is on our side, this easygoing tasting – which we like to call a sun tasting – is all about sipping wine under open skies. The atmosphere is relaxed and we combine the tasting with mingling and light bites. No booking needed – just come along and join us. Read more here

Guided tour of the winery

Step into the winery in the heart of the hotel and follow the freshly picked grapes’ journey from barrel to bottle. Enjoy a guided tour and a sample of Winery Red – our own wine crafted from grapes grown at our vineyard Terreno in Tuscany. Read more and book here.

Try new wines in our Wine Dispensers

We offer 32 different wines by the glass in our wine dispensers located in the Winemakers Bar. Purchase a pre-charged card from the front desk, wine bar or online and get access to all the wines.

Outdoor activities

Jogs in Hagaparken, SUP tours and canoeing in Brunnsviken, yoga or a picnic bike ride to Ulriksdals slott. The Winery Hotel is the perfect starting point for a nature-filled and active holiday. With this package you will enjoy refreshing dips in the rooftop pool and a glass of our own rose wine Terreno Rosato di Toscana whilst enjoying the scenic view of Brunnsviken.

Taste of Tuscany

Taste of Tuscany is the package designed to gather family and friends around the dining table and enjoy authentic Italian flavours and homemade wines. Just like in Italy – where food is not just a meal, but also filled with a sense of togetherness.

• Dinner at Gallo Nero which includes antipasto for the whole table followed by a main course and a dessert of your choice

* We take you on a journey through our Gallo Nero menu and tailor it to your preferences. You are welcome to order more when the already ordered dishes are finished. All members of the party must be booked on the same package. Maximum 8 persons per booking.
